I’ll introduce you to some beneficial practices, such as lymphatic drainage massage, cupping and tapping, which are excellent to move stagnant Qi from your muscles. These practices may also improve bone density and assist with nerve issues. You will also learn acupressure, self massage, and more.
Pre-requisites:Â none required, although it is recommended that you take them in sequence as the teachings build on each other.
