This fun, informative course introduces you to a beautiful somatic, grounding and rejuvenating practice.

Everything from grounding, warm up and movements will be demonstrated from the seated and standing position, completely modified for the individual.

You have the choice of having your camera on or off.

When: Mondays at 1pm PST (to accommodate different time zones)

Cost: $25 per course or $100 for this series

Pre-requisites: the courses listed in the pre-requisite section are recommended but not necessary.

Tibetan healing with Qigong introduces the Six Healing Sounds practice, where we will intone specific sounds to resonate with and clear negative energy in the corresponding organ systems, promoting balance and health.

Taught with modifications, chair or standing. Remember, that you will be muted, no one will hear you, which prevents echos as we practice along with my voice.
