CHARISM COLLECTIVE RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW
The Charism Collective is committed to providing valuable spiritual and healing experiences through our events and membership offerings. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for paid events and membership subscriptions.
2. PAID EVENTS POLICY
2.1 Non-Refundable Nature
All paid events, workshops, courses, and sessions offered by the Charism Collective are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Workshops and healing sessions
- Educational courses and training programs
- Special events and retreats
- One-on-one or group healing sessions
- Certification programs
2.2 Event Credit Policy
While paid events are non-refundable, the Charism Collective may issue event credits under the following specific conditions:
2.2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for an event credit, registrants must:
- Cancel their registration at least 24 hours before the scheduled event start time
- Send a cancellation email to [email protected] within this 24-hour window
- Include their full name, event name, and registration confirmation details in the email
2.2.2 Credit Terms
- Event credits are valid for future events of equal or lesser value only
- Credits have no expiration date but are non-transferable
- Credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds
- One credit may be applied per future event registration
2.2.3 Using Event Credits
To use an event credit:
- Contact [email protected] when ready to register for a new event
- Specify which credit you wish to apply and the event you want to attend
- If the new event costs more than your credit value, you must pay the difference
- If the new event costs less than your credit value, the remaining balance stays as a credit
2.3 Insufficient Notice Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for event credits and no compensation will be provided.
2.4 Emergency Exceptions
In extraordinary circumstances (serious illness, family emergency, or other documented hardships), the Charism Collective may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions to this policy. Such requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with appropriate documentation.
3. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
3.1 Monthly Memberships
- Supporter Membership and Facilitator Membership subscriptions are billed monthly
- Membership fees are non-refundable once processed
- Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Access to membership benefits continues until the end of the paid period
3.2 Membership Cancellation Process
To cancel a membership:
- Log into your account at charismcollective.com
- Navigate to your membership settings
- Select “Cancel Membership”
- Alternatively, email [email protected] with cancellation request
3.3 Membership Downgrade
Members may downgrade from Facilitator to Supporter or from paid membership to Free Community membership:
- Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period
- Access to higher-tier benefits continues until the billing period ends
4. CONTACT INFORMATION FOR CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests and credit inquiries must be sent to: [email protected]
Include the following information:
- Full name as registered
- Event name and date
- Registration/confirmation number
- Membership level (if applicable)
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
5. PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES
5.1 Event Credit Processing
- Event credits will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request
- Confirmation of credit issuance will be sent via email
- Credits will be noted in your account for future reference
5.2 Membership Cancellation Processing
- Membership cancellations are processed immediately
- Confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
- Final access date will be clearly stated in the confirmation
6. PLATFORM AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
6.1 Service Interruptions
If the Charism Collective is unable to deliver a paid event due to:
- Technical failures on our platforms (Zoom, website, etc.)
- Facilitator illness or emergency
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
We will provide:
- Rescheduling to a mutually agreeable time, OR
- Event credit for a future event of equal value, OR
- In exceptional cases, a full refund at our discretion
6.2 User Technical Issues
Event credits or refunds will not be provided for:
- User Internet connectivity problems
- User device or software issues
- User inability to access platforms due to personal technical difficulties
7. THIRD-PARTY EVENTS
For events facilitated by Charism Collective members but hosted independently, the individual facilitator’s cancellation policy applies. Members should clarify policies before registering for such events.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you believe an error has been made in processing your cancellation or credit request:
- Contact [email protected] with detailed information
- Allow 5-7 business days for investigation and response
- Final decisions rest with Charism Collective management
9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
The Charism Collective reserves the right to modify this Return and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active members via email. The policy in effect at the time of registration governs each transaction.
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By registering for paid events or purchasing memberships, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return and Cancellation Policy.
